See some of the fartlek community, stepping out of their clothes (well, most of them) to bring you 12 months of pure, unapologetic fun in nothing but BONE underwear. These everyday heroes have faced the camera, tackled the spotlight, and braved the unpredictable British weather - all to make you laugh and raise a bit of dosh for our charity of the year Bluebell Wood, with all important dates of meet ups and races from our pals at Rasselbock, Run Through and Curly's Athletes also included.
