Parkrun Cup Quarter Final draw

Well the round of 16 is well and truly in the bag and we are down to our final 8.

After two weeks of knockout fun, we've seen PB's galore but only half of our contestants can progress through to our Quarter Finals!!

On this weeks podcast we drew the next round and we wish all our surviving contestants the best of luck. They all have two weeks to post their best time and aim for a place in our semi finals.
